CARE INSTRUCTIONS:

  • This type of leather is not water-resistant, is prone to stain & water damage, and risks the possibility of discoloration.
  • When exposed to rain, dry with a cloth as soon as possible.
  • If severely soaked, put newsprint paper into the shoes to absorb water and prevent it from warping.
  • Store in a cool dry place.
  • High temperature drying methods (i.e., a hair dryer) should never be used, which may cause the leather to harden, crack, or warp.
  • Light stains can be cleaned with a dry cloth.

Custom Order - Excellent Service

Wanted custom made toddler size shoes that are nearly impossible to find. Saplaay customer service rep personally handled my custom order and delivered 2 pairs that had the authenticity and quality i expected. Normally toddler sized chappals dont exist and when they do they are made of cheap non traditional rubber. Saplaay delivered an authentic custom order.
